1.2 Our contact email address is: info@rise2parent.com
1.3 Our registered address is: Patricia C. Amedee 41 Waldeck Grapevine Nashville, TX 76
1.4 All course transactions are processed through Systeme.io, our third-party course platform and payment processor. By purchasing, you also agree to Systeme.io's applicable terms of service.
2.1 Raising Sexually Safe and Digitally Protected Children — The Complete Parent Course (the "Course") is an online parent education programme comprising 8 modules, 36 video lessons, read-aloud parent-child videos, downloadable resources, and quarterly live Q&A sessions with the course creator.
2.2 The Course is designed for parents, guardians, grandparents, step-parents, and carers of children aged 3 to 16. It is intended for personal, non-commercial, educational use only.
2.3 The Course is accessed via the Systeme.io platform. You will need a stable internet connection and a compatible device to access course content.
2.4 We reserve the right to update, modify, or improve course content at any time. Updates are provided as part of your active annual subscription and represent an ongoing benefit of renewal.
3.1 Annual Access. Access to the Course operates on an annual subscription basis. Your first year of access begins on the date of purchase.
3.2 Pricing. The standard enrolment fee is $97 for the first year of access. A conference early bird rate of $67 may be available for a limited time as specified on the sales page. From year two, renewal is priced at $27 per year.
3.3 Instalment Option. Where an instalment option is offered (two payments of $35), both payments must be completed before full course access is granted. Failure to complete payment will result in suspension of access until the outstanding balance is settled.
3.4 Automatic Renewal. Your annual subscription will renew automatically on the anniversary of your purchase date at the renewal rate of $27 per year. Renewal charges will be applied to the payment method used at the time of purchase.
3.5 Renewal Reminder. We will send a reminder email to the address you provided no fewer than 14 days before your renewal date, notifying you of the upcoming charge and explaining how to cancel.
3.6 Access Expiry. If you choose not to renew, or if your renewal payment fails, your access to video lessons and live Q&A sessions will expire immediately on your renewal date. Expired access is not pro-rated or refunded.
3.7 Reactivation. You may reactivate your subscription at any time after expiry by renewing at the then-current renewal rate. Reactivation restores access to all video content and Q&A sessions from the date of reactivation.
3.8 Cancellation. You may cancel your automatic renewal at any time before your renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period. To cancel, email us at info@rise2parent.com or follow the cancellation process within your Systeme.io account.
4.1 Downloadable resources — including workbooks, conversation guides, red flag checklists, and disclosure response frameworks — that you have downloaded during your active subscription period are yours to keep permanently, regardless of your subscription status.
4.2 Access to video lessons and quarterly live Q&A sessions requires an active annual subscription and will not be available after expiry or cancellation.
5.1 We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you have accessed the course and feel it has not delivered what was promised, you may contact us within 14 days of your original purchase date to request a full refund.
5.2 Refund requests must be submitted by email to info@rise2parent.com and will be processed within 10 working days.
5.3 The money-back guarantee applies to the initial purchase only and does not apply to annual renewal payments.
5.4 We reserve the right to decline a refund request where we reasonably believe the guarantee is being misused.
5.5 Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel a digital purchase within 14 days of the date of purchase (the "cooling-off period") unless you have expressly requested that we begin providing the digital content within that period and acknowledged that you will lose your right to cancel. By accessing the course content before the 14-day period has expired, you acknowledge and agree that you waive your statutory right to cancel, and our 14-day satisfaction guarantee applies in its place.
6.1 Your course access is personal to you. You may not share your login credentials, transfer your access to another person, or allow any other individual to access the course using your account.
6.2 You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Please notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
6.3 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without refund if we reasonably believe your access is being shared or used in breach of these terms.
7.1 All course content — including but not limited to video lessons, audio, scripts, workbooks, conversation guides, checklists, and all written materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of Funmi Alagbe / SafeVoices Global and is protected by copyright law.
7.2 Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the course content for your own private, non-commercial educational purposes during your active subscription period.
7.3 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, share, broadcast, sell, sublicense, screen-record, upload, post online, or otherwise make available any course content — in whole or in part — without our prior written consent.
7.4 Downloadable resources may be printed and used for personal use. They may not be distributed, sold, or shared with any third party.
7.5 Any breach of these intellectual property terms may result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal action.
8.1 The Course is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, therapeutic, or legal advice.
8.2 While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy and currency of course content, we make no warranties that the content is complete, accurate, or up to date at all times.
8.3 The Course is intended to support and equip parents in having protective conversations with their children. Outcomes will vary depending on individual circumstances, the child's age and temperament, and the consistency with which the approaches are applied.
8.4 To the fullest extent permitted by law, SafeVoices Global / Parenting Grace and Funmi Alagbe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Course.
8.5 Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
9.1 The Course is hosted and payments are processed via Systeme.io. Your use of Systeme.io is subject to their own terms of service and privacy policy.
9.2 We are not responsible for any disruption, data loss, or service failure caused by Systeme.io or any other third-party provider.
9.3 Links to third-party resources within course materials are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content of third-party websites.
10.1 We will use reasonable efforts to ensure the Course is available at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and reserve the right to suspend access temporarily for maintenance, updates, or technical reasons.
10.2 In the event that the Course is discontinued, we will provide at least 30 days' notice and offer a pro-rated refund for any unexpired portion of an active annual subscription.
11.1 You agree to use the Course respectfully and in accordance with these terms. You must not use the platform to harass, abuse, or harm other participants in any live Q&A or community element of the Course.
11.2 We reserve the right to remove you from live Q&A sessions or community spaces if your conduct is deemed disruptive or harmful to others.
12.1 We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Where changes are material, we will notify you by email using the address associated with your account at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
12.2 Continued use of the Course after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
13.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
