A SafeVoices Global Course by Funmi Alagbe

Raise a Child Who Is Safe — From the Inside Out.

Most parents want to protect their children from sexual harm and online danger. But nobody taught them how to have these conversations. This course gives you the knowledge, the language, and the confidence to go first — so your child has a parent they feel safe enough to tell.

8 Modules | 36 Lessons | ~9 Hours

1 Year Access — Renew from $27/year as Your Child Grows

1 year access from date of purchase. Renew from $27/year. Access expires if not renewed. 14-day money-back guarantee.

Family in the sitting room

You want to protect your child. But nobody taught you how to have these conversations.

You know the risks are real. Pornography is reaching children younger than ever. Online grooming happens quietly, in the apps they use every day. And children who experience harm — in most cases — don't tell anyone for months, sometimes years.

What you don't know is what to say. Nobody modelled it for you. The silence you grew up in felt like protection. Now you're not sure how to break it without breaking something else.

You've searched online. You've seen the advice. Talk to your kids about this. But talk how? With what words? Starting when? When does it stop feeling impossible?

That question is what this course is built to answer.

What changes when you go through this course.

Before this course

  • Knowing the risks but not knowing what to say
  • Waiting until you feel ready (and never feeling ready)
  • Hoping school will handle it
  • Silence that outlasts your child's childhood

After this course

  • You have the exact words — at every age, for every situation
  • You know how to start — tonight, in an ordinary moment
  • You are the first educator — and you know why that matters
  • A home where your child stays safe as they grow — and so does your knowledge

Is this course for you?

This Is For You If...

  • You are a parent of a child aged 3 to 18 — and you want to protect them from sexual harm, online danger, and the silence that makes both worse.
  • You feel uncomfortable talking about bodies and sex — and you want to change that, even if you were never shown how.
  • You believe your values and your relationship with your child matter — and you want a course that works within your faith and family framework, not around it.
  • You have a child who is approaching a new age stage and you want to be ready before the moment arrives.
  • You are a single parent, a grandparent, a step-parent, or a carer — and you are the person this child comes home to.

This Is Not For You If...

  • You are looking for a programme to hand to your child without engaging in it yourself — this course is parent-led. Your engagement is the point.
  • You want a quick checklist rather than a framework — this course builds something lasting, not a box to tick.

Your guide: Funmi Alagbe

Funmi Alagbe

Funmi Alagbe is a Family Life Coach and Parent Educator, and the founder of SafeVoices Global and Rise2Parent. She is the author of How to Talk to Your Child About Sex Without Shame.

SafeVoices Global was built on a single, urgent observation: the conversations that most protect children — about bodies, safety, grooming, and digital harm — are exactly the conversations most parents have never been taught to have. The silence is not indifference. It is inheritance. And it can be broken.

This course is the most complete expression of that work: 36 lessons, designed for parents of children aged 3 to 18, covering everything from naming body parts at bathtime to responding when a teenager discloses abuse.

Real parents. Real change.

"The package on 'Sex talks with your child - shaping sexual character' is very in-depth and a must-have for all parents who truly love their children and want them to develop into their full human potential. The modules are presented with clarity and from a genuine practical perspective... I strongly recommend it for all current and intending parents."

Dr. Ibiyemi UMuago
Dr. Ibiyemi UMuago, Mom of 5 boys

"As parents of three boys, my wife and I have been building up the anxiety for the day of the talk. Funmi gave us a system in which the talk isn't a big event. The talk can happen along the way, in pieces... You made it easy, you made something we can do and you made it something that is going to make a massive difference for our family."

Don Pikula
Don Pikula, Father of 3 boys

"Funmi's program completely transformed how I approach sex education with my three boys — giving me the confidence and tools to have open, honest conversations I never thought possible coming from an African background. It's created a beautiful daily ritual in our home, and I recommend it to every parent."

Frequently asked questions

You have 1 year of access from your date of purchase. At the end of your first year, your access renews at $27/year. If you choose not to renew, your video access and Q&A access end immediately. Your downloadable resources — workbooks, checklists, conversation guides — are yours to keep regardless.
Because a child does not stay the same age. This course is structured in age stages — Modules 3, 4, and 5 are specifically designed for ages 3—5, 6—10, and 11—18. A parent who buys when their child is 4 will need different modules when that child is 9. The annual model means the course stays active in your family's life — not bought once, forgotten, and never returned to. It also means you are always accessing updated content, not a static product from several years ago.
Your access to video lessons and quarterly live Q&As ends on your renewal date. Your downloaded resources are yours permanently. You can renew at any time to restore access — at the same $27/year rate.
No. Go straight to Module 4, which is designed for ages 6—10. Modules 0 and 1 are recommended as a foundation for all parents regardless of their child's age. You do not need to watch all 36 lessons before your first conversation.
This course is grounded in a values-led, conservative framework. It is not tied to any single denomination or tradition. Parents from faith backgrounds will find their values respected and centred throughout. Parents without a religious framework will find the content equally applicable — the course is built on protection-first, parent-led education.
It is never too late. The research is clear: a parent who starts this conversation at 13 gives their teenager something most teenagers never have — a trusted adult who has made it explicitly safe to tell. Module 5 covers ages 11—18 specifically, including pornography, online grooming, relationships, and identity.
Yes. That is exactly who this course is built for. Module 1 starts with your own history — where your silence came from and how to stop passing it on. Most parents describe the first shift as the most important: realising that their discomfort is inherited, not fixed.
The video lessons are designed for parents to watch alone — they equip you. The read-aloud videos are Funmi reading age-appropriate body safety scripts on camera — you play these with your child at the relevant age. Most of the course is for you. The read-aloud videos are for you and your child together.
14-day money-back guarantee. If you have completed the course and feel it did not deliver what it promised, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

Your child's safety starts with your decision to go first.

Nobody else is coming. Not the school, not the internet, not the world — not with your values and your love and your specific knowledge of your child. You are the best person for this conversation. And this course gives you everything you need to have it.

Enrol Now — $97

Then $27/year to keep pace with your child as they grow. Cancel anytime. Downloadable resources are always yours.
